From Where Does Innovation Come? Employee Well-Being and Organizational Commitment Induced by Leadership Style

Companies require good management practices to enhance their competitive advantage. The goal of this study is examine the impact leadership style, specifically how it induces employee well-being and organizational commitment. This suggests that style leaders a key prerequisite for creating work environment inducing innovation in employees. Therefore, uses concepts well-being, commitment, analyze sample 349 respondents workplace. Theoretical hypothetical investigation through causality testing using statistical tools path analysis. results indicate transformational transactional increase innovation. When employees feel satisfied, they commitment organization, which turn increases In conclusion, companies need be able emphasize integration styles. How switch or match styles an important issue leaders.
